Applying is super easy! You can complete your application online at your convenience. We give you several ways to apply online through our website.  If you need any assistance along the way, just reach out!

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from just 24 -48 hours. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

Yes, we offer lease terms ranging from 6 to 14 months. Please note that shorter terms may incur additional lease premiums.

You can pay your rent electronically through our resident portal using a bank account or credit card, or you can pay in person for added convenience.

Yes, we do require renter’s insurance for your peace of mind. It’s a great way to protect your belongings, and we can provide information on how to get started if you need it!

Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent. 

Residents are required to set up an account with ComEd for electricity. Other utilities, including internet, gas, water, sewer, and trash, are covered by a monthly utility fee.

You can use Xfinity/Comcast for both internet and cable, which is included in your monthly utility fee.

Our property includes an indoor pool and sauna, fitness center, rooftop terrace with grills, party room, business center, conference room, guest suite, 24/7 concierge, indoor parking, bicycle storage, and resident storage lockers.

Yes, we offer covered garage parking available for monthly rental or daily use.

Apartments with 2 or more bedrooms include in-unit washers and dryers. Studios and 1-bedroom apartments have access to updated laundry facilities on the 25th floor.

Pet Policy

Yes, we warmly accept both cats and dogs! Plus, there’s an outdoor dog park just 0.7 miles away for your pets to enjoy.

Our community offers stunning panoramic city views and convenient access to trains and buses. You’ll be just steps away from fantastic restaurants, vibrant nightlife, shopping, and various attractions!

We are located in the City of Chicago 299 School District. 

The nearest grocery store is Whole Foods, located just 0.2 miles away.

Maintenance

Yes, we do! Our on-site maintenance team is here to help with any issues that may arise.

For maintenance issues, please create a service request through the Rent Cafe portal. For emergencies, you can call (888) 271-2840.

No, you do not need to be present for the service technician to complete the work.
