Such a nice building in a great location! The amenities are also great, but sometimes the roof and pool access will be closed even during the day making it difficult for tenants to use. The staff is always really helpful.

Everything is accessible! This area is extremely walkable, the staff and neighbors are considerate and friendly, the amenities are a pleasure and easily convenient. I really enjoy being here!

We are really happy about our apartment, the amanities are great: indoor pool for all year long swimming sessions, gym, rooftop, shared spaces… but the best is the community feeling and the kindness of the staff! Would highly recommend!

My favorite part is the location and noise. You are in the heart of Chicago, without all the noise unless of course you're on the roof. I think the gym is one of the biggest weak points, but aside from that, the doorpeople are all great. Not the best working with the leasing office and paying rent is difficult, but overall great place to live.
